A Bill to Define Bank Robbery with a Deadly Weapon

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. “Bank Robbery with a Deadly Weapon” shall be defined as the illegal act of participating in a Bank Robbery while in the possession of a firearm or any object which may be used with the intent to cause serious harm or death.

SECTION 2. Bank Robbery with a Deadly Weapon shall be considered a felony and shall be punished by no more than an arrest of nine hundred (900) seconds or eleven (11) hours in prison.

SECTION 3. This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies of the State of Firestone and the Firestone Courts.
