A Bill to Define Attempted Jailbreak

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The crime “Attempted Jailbreak” shall be hereby illegal.

Section 2: The crime “Attempted Jailbreak” shall be defined as: Attempting to break out of the prison premises.

Section 2A: The crime “Attempted Jailbreak” shall be considered a felony.

Section 3: All Law Enforcement Agency’s (FSP, SCSO, DOC, DHS) shall have permission to use lethal force against a subject that has broken the crime “Attempted Jailbreak”

Section 3A: Should a subject that has broken the crime “Attempted Jailbreak” be brought into custody without being killed, the subject shall have 500-800 seconds added onto their prison sentence.

SECTION 4: Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone State Patrol, Department of Corrections, Firestone National Guard, and Department of Homeland Security shall be responsible for the enforcement of this legislation.

SECTION 5: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
