A BILL
To Correctly Establish the Firestone Air National Guard
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Bill to Establish the Firestone Air National Guard” shall be defined as: A Bill to Establish the Firestone Air National Guard.
(b) The “Firestone National Guard” shall be defined as: Firestone National Guard.
(c) The “Firestone Air National Guard” shall be defined as: Firestone Air National Guard.
(d) The “Employment Act of 2022” shall be defined as: Employment Act of 2022.
(e) The “National Guard Duty Act” shall be defined as: Revised National Guard Duty Act.
SEC 2. NULLIFICATION
The “Bill to Establish the Firestone Air National Guard” shall be declared null and void.
SEC 3. ESTABLISHMENT
(a) The Firestone Air National Guard (“ANG”) shall be established.
(b) The Firestone Air National Guard shall be considered a Law Enforcement Agency.
(c) The Firestone Air National Guard shall be a division of the Firestone National Guard.
(d) The Firestone Air National Guard shall be considered a Voluntary Department as stated in the Employment Act of 2022.
(e) The Commanding Officer (CO) of the Firestone Air National Guard shall hold the rank of Colonel and will be responsible for all day-by-day running of the division.
SEC 4. JURISDICTION
The Firestone Air National Guard shall have jurisdiction over the airspace of all installations managed by the Firestone National Guard across Stapleton County.
SEC 5. DEPLOYMENT
(a) The Firestone Air National Guard shall be deployed when the National Guard is deployed per the National Guard Duty Act.
(b) The Firestone Air National Guard may be deployed by the Major General of the Firestone National Guard or the Governor of the State of Firestone at any time.
SEC 6. ENACTMENT
This Legislation shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 7. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
