A Bill to Combat Rammers

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: All sections after Chapter 3, section 5 the Firestone Criminal Code shall be advanced in title one section.

SECTION 2.1: Chapter 3, Section 6, of the FIrestone Criminal Code shall be created and state "§6 - FRP Vehicular Assault”.

SECTION 2.2: Chapter 3, Section 6, Subsection a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(a) The act of FRP Vehicular Assault shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.”

SECTION 2.3: Chapter 3, Section 6, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(a1) FRP Vehicular Assault shall be the act of intentionally utilizing a vehicle to strike 3 or more people gathered in a group, intentionally utilizing a vehicle to strike a person(s) performing medical treatment on an individual, or intentionally utilizing a vehicle to strike, a DOT, DPW, or SCFD member’s vehicle.”

SECTION 2.5: Chapter 3, Section 6, Subsection a2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(a2) If a subject is found guilty of this offense in the court of law, they shall face 15 hours of imprisonment unless decided otherwise by the presiding justice, to which normal sentencing guidelines would apply.”

SECTION 3: FRP Vehicular Assault shall be a Class A Felony and result in 900 seconds in a correctional facility on arrest.

SECTION 4.1: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

SECTION 4.2: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
