Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Bring Municipal Happiness”

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

(a) “Corrupted Government Prevention Act” shall be defined here

§6. Loosening Up Municipal Limitations

(a1) Section 4(a) of the “Corrupted Government Prevention Act” currently states:

“An individual may only hold one office at a time defined as a part of the Municipal Government according to this act.”

(a2) Section 4(a) of the “Corrupted Government Prevention Act” shall be amended to state the following:

“An individual may only hold up to two offices at a time defined as a part of the Municipal Government according to this act.

(i) Any individual that holds two offices as part of the Municipal Government shall not be eligible to hold office within the Stapleton County Council.”
