A Bill to Amend the Public Safety Unification Act

A BILL TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SAFETY UNIFICATION ACT

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The “Public Safety Unification Act” shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: The “Public Safety Unification Act” shall be defined as: Public Safety Unification Act

SECTION 1B: Section 2A of the aforementioned legislation currently states- “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall be considered a department in charge of overseeing several prominent and notable local police, fire, medical departments and academies within the State of Firestone.”

SECTION 1C: Section 2A of the aforementioned legislation shall now state- “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall be considered a department in charge of overseeing several prominent and notable local police, fire, medical departments and academies (with the exception of anything pertaining to the Firestone National Guard) within the State of Firestone.”

SECTION 1D: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation currently states- “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall have jurisdiction over the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Stapleton County Fire Department, Department of Corrections, Peace Officer Standards and Training, and any other official state-level or county-level academies that may be established at a later date.”

SECTION 1E: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation shall now state- “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall have jurisdiction over the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Stapleton County Fire Department, Department of Corrections, Peace Officer Standards and Training, and any other official state-level or county-level academies that may be established at a later date. This jurisdiction shall not extend to the Firestone National Guard, or any subsequent academies or divisions thereof.”

SECTION 2: The Firestone National Guard shall be defined as the following group- Firestone National Guard - Roblox

SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 4: All laws in conflict with this legislation shall be declared null and void.
