A Bill to Amend the” Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4]”

SECTION 1. The “Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4]” Chapter 8, Section 1 shall have an additional sub-section. It shall be created, and become sub-section 13.

SECTION 2. “The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4]” shall be defined as:

Chapter 8, Section 1, Subsection 13 shall state: Any on-duty Firestone Department of Corrections employee in the Prison Bus shall be exempt from traffic laws only when performing official duties and when their blue amber lights are activated. They must yield at every intersection to prevent an accident. Should the Firestone Department of Corrections employee aptly warn through the use of their blue amber lights and by yielding, they shall be considered to have priority over all other vehicles and shall have the same right-of-way as an emergency vehicle with activated emergency lights.

SECTION 4. This piece of legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies of the State of Firestone as well as the Firestone Courts.

SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of congress, and being signed by the Governor.
