A Bill to Amend the Firearm Limitations Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “Firearm Usage and Limitations Act ” shall be amended.

SECTION 2: The “Firearm Usage and Limitations Act” shall be defined as; Firearm Usage and Limitations Act

SECTION 3: Section 1B of “Firearm Usage and Limitations Act” currently states; “self-defense” is the act of defending one’s own self and/or other individuals who may be nearby to the individual committing to the act of self-defense.”

SECTION 4: Section 1B shall now state; “Self defense shall be defined as; The use of reasonable force to protect oneself or others from bodily harm from the attack of an aggressor, if the defender has reason to believe that they are in danger.”

SECTION 5: Upon passage from both chambers of congress, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
