A Bill to Amend the FBI Candidates Act


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section I: “An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates” shall be amended.

Section IA: In this legislation, the term “An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates” shall be defined as the An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates. The term “State of Firestone” shall be defined as the State of Firestone.

Section II: In “An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates”, Section IA shall be amended.

Section IIA: In “An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates”, Section IA currently states: “Serving as a Candidate within the Firestone Bureau of Investigations (FBI) shall not be construed as being a Law Enforcement Officer. Candidate(s) may not conduct arrests, issue citations, or detain others.”

Section IIB: In “An Act to Allow the FBI to Maintain Candidates”, Section IA shall now state: “Candidates within the Firestone Bureau of Investigations are not permitted to conduct arrests, issue citations, or detain individuals unless granted to do so by a FBI Special Agent or above within the State of Firestone.”

Section III: This legislation shall go into effect after the required Constitutional procedure is passed.
