A Bill to Amend the Department of Commerce Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Department of Commerce Act shall be amended.

SECTION 2: The Department of Commerce Act shall be defined as the following; Department of Commerce Act

SECTION 3: Section 2B of the Department of Commerce Act currently states; Any business, company, or privately owned group that is operating in the State of Firestone without the proper approval from the Department of Commerce shall be guilty of ā€œOperating a business without a licenseā€ which shall be defined as a misdemeanor, which can result in a fine up to $400.00, the second time the person shall be fined $600.00, the third time, $900 and the fourth time they shall be imprisoned for 6 minutes (360 seconds) in State Penitentiary.

SECTION 4: Section 2B of the Department of Commerce Act shall now state; Any business, company, or privately owned group that is operating in the State of Firestone without the proper approval from the Department of Commerce shall be guilty of ā€œOperating a business without a licenseā€ which shall be defined as a misdemeanor. The first violation shall result in a fine up to $500.00, any further violations the person shall be imprisoned for 6 minutes (360 seconds) in State Penitentiary.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
