Ms. FoundKatiee proposed the following bill:
A BILL
To amend the Firestone Traffic Revision Act to allow exemption from traffic law in the defense of another.Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
(a) This Act shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Amend the 6th Exemption of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act”.
§2. Enactment
(a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) “Part 4 of the Traffic Revision Act” shall be defined as this.
§6. Repealments
(a) This Act makes no repealments.
§7. Amendments
(a) Section 1, Point 6 of Chapter 8 of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act, found in Part 4 of the Traffic Revision Act, currently states: “Vehicles/bicycles shall be exempt from this Act when they are avoiding a threat of injury or death (or are acting in self defense), but shall immediately return to these regulations as soon as safely possible.”
(b) Section 1, Point 6 of Chapter 8 of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act, found in Part 4 of the Traffic Revision Act, shall now state: “Vehicles/bicycles shall be exempt from this Act when they are avoiding a threat of injury or death (or are acting in self defense or defense of another), but shall immediately return to these regulations as soon as safely possible.”
