A bill to amend Section 4 of the ‘National Guard Duty Act’
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: National Guard Duty Act, section 4, shall be amended.
SECTION 1A: National Guard Duty Act shall be defined as National Guard Duty Act
SECTION 2: Section 4 of the National Guard Duty Act shall now state:
The general abilities and duties the Firestone National Guard may have within Firestone itself are set within Section 4A, B, C, D, E, and H of this legislation.
SECTION 2A:
Section 4H Shall state: In the event the National Guard is Deployed in or out of state, or in the event of an active State of Emergency, any personnel within the National Guard shall be excused from any obligations to any other Firestone Departments until the State of Emergency or Deployment is over.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Commander of the Firestone National Guard.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effective immediately after passage from both chambers.
