A Bill to Amend “Obstruction Against DOT”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED
SECTION 1: “A BILL to define “Obstruction Against DOT”” shall be defined as: A BILL to define "Obstruction Against DOT"
SECTION 2a: Section 1(b) of A BILL to define “Obstruction Against DOT” currently states: “Those arrested for “Obstruction Against DOT” shall be charged with a misdemeanor. Upon 1st offense of “Obstruction Against DOT” the violator shall receive a 50$ citation. 2nd+ offense of “Obstruction Against DOT” is arrestable. (100-250)”
SECTION 2b: Section 1(b) of A BILL to define “Obstruction Against DOT” shall now state: “Obstruction Against DOT shall be considered a misdemeanor. Those charged with Obstruction Against DOT shall face a citation of no less than $200 and no more than $400 or/and an arrest of no less than 100 seconds and no more than 350 seconds. The Firestone Courts may deviate in sentencing irrespective of this section for those found guilty of Obstruction Against DOT in a court of law.”
SECTION 3: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
