A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “A Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights” is defined as https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hBC9PjHQVTuw9YrLPugk-ANsKb50CpLo/view

SECTION 2: Section 2 of “A Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights” currently states:

“Driving Without Headlights on at night shall have consequences for it since it causes a major hazard to drivers on the road.”

SECTION 3: Section 2 shall now be voided and state:

“Driving Without Headlights on in low visibility situations shall have consequences for it since it causes a major hazard to drivers on the road.”

SECTION 4: Section 2A of “A Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights” currently states:

“Driving Without Headlights shall be recognized as: The act of Driving a motorized vehicle during the night time without having any headlights on.”

SECTION 5: Section 2A shall now be voided and state:

"Driving Without Headlights shall be recognized as: The act of Driving a motorized vehicle without any headlights on during the night time, when there is fog, rain or other adverse weather conditions that hinder your visibility as well as when visibility is under 60 studs.

SECTION 6: Section 2B of “A Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights” currently states:

"The following shall be given to violators who drive without their headlights on at night:

First time offenders: (Warning)

Second time
offenders: (Citation of $50)

Third time
offenders: (Citation of $100)

Fourth time
offenders: (Citation of $150)

Fifth time
offenders or more: (Citation of $200)"

SECTION 7: Section 2B shall now be voided and state:

“Any person who violates this legislation shall be either warned or cited by Law enforcement agencies. A citation may be no less than 50 dollars and no more than 150.”

SECTION 8: All law enforcement agencies with the power to cite, and the courts, shall enforce this legislation

SECTION 9: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of congress
