SECTION 1A. Section 2.B of “A Bill to Prevent Criminals in Government“ currently states:
“Public office shall be defined as the following: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, House of Representatives, Senate, and County Executive.”
SECTION 1B. Section 2B of “A Bill to Prevent Criminals in Government” shall be amended to state:
“Public office shall be defined as Court Justice (District - Supreme), County Government Official, County Executive, House of Representatives, Senator, Cabinet, Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor and Governor”
