A Bill to Amend A Bill to Fix Speeding Regulations Revised V2

A Bill to Amend A Bill to Fix Speeding Regulations

Preamble: This legislation is being proposed due to the amount of lag and service truck issues that may propose unintentional lawbreaking that cannot be stopped. This video highlights the reason behind the glitch, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naWWx8SluB4 . It is not fair to employee’s to be pulled over for breaking the speed limit that they couldn’t prevent. If the service truck was to go slower, then it would be in violation in terms of hindering traffic. Thus, this amendment was needed.
