BE IT ENHANCED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:

SECTION 1: A section shall be added onto “A Bill to Define Brandishing a Firearm”. It shall be called SECTION 8.

SECTION 2: “A Bill to Define Brandishing a Firearm” shall be defined as:

A Bill to Define Brandishing a Firearm BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1: The Crime “Brandishing a Firearm” Shall hereby be illegal. SECTION 2: “Brandishing a Firearm” shall be defined as: To point, hold, or brandish any firearm in such a manner as to reasonably induce fear of an individual or to the public. SECTION 3: On-duty law enforcement personnel shall be exempt from this legislation should they be aiming a firearm at a suspect in order to …

SECTION 3: SECTION 8 shall state: Users with a physically showing broken arm or leg preventing them from returning their firearm to their toolbar or backpack where it would be out of the public eye shall be exempt from SECTION 2.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
