A Bill to Amend "A Bill to Combat Ineffective Law Enforcement"

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT.

Section 1: “A Bill to Combat Ineffective Law Enforcement” shall be defined as, A Bill to Combat Ineffective Law Enforcement

Section 2: Section 5 of “A Bill to Combat Ineffective Law Enforcement “ currently states, “Should a law enforcement officer be convicted of violating the rights prescribed to citizens under the constitution, their POST Certification shall be revoked.”

Section 3: Section 5 of “A Bill to Combat Ineffective Law Enforcement” shall now state, “Should a law enforcement officer be convicted of violating the rights prescribed to citizens under the constitution, they shall face punishment at the discretion of the presiding judge/justice.”

Section 4: Upon passage this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
