Each department has a different strength:

SCSO: Combat
FSP: High speed chases
DHS: Protection

There’s no “Best Department” in Firestone

I don’t believe any one department is necessarily better than the other, each one has its pros and cons, but they all do well in their intended purpose.

SCSO isn’t combat. SCSO is teamwork. Aswell as DHS isn’t protection. DHS is tactics.

They are all different in their own ways. I just think it’s best to look at each department individually and decide how efficiently that department may be functioning- rather than comparisons being made.

All of the Law Enforcement Agencies serve their own purpose and conduct activities that relate to their field of work. Without one department, the rest could fall. No department is more significant than the other.
