Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act ('RICO') State Legislature

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: Section 1: The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security shall have the authority to label organizations and groups as “Criminal Organizations” pursuant to the requirements of this act. Such labeling shall be public information and be publicly announced. It may also be appealed through the District Court as a civil case against the state.
