This warrant is in effect until one of the following criteria has been met:
- The subject is arrested one (1) time.
- Fifty-Nine (59) full days have passed from the date it is issued.
- The warrant is nullified by a court with appellate authority.
- The warrant is nullified by the Chief Court Justice.
A law enforcement officer who has knowingly failed to comply with this arrest warrant is in direct violation of the Firestone Constitution and subsequent legislation thereof. Penalties, including incarceration and termination, may incur.
