I. INTRODUCTION
I am vMa_di. I have decided to give myself another chance at the County Government, to represent the citizens of Firestone. As you may know, I am from Australia. I operate in Australian Eastern Standard Time which will soon be Australian Eastern Daylight Time. This has not faltered my ability to operate successfully with the County Government!
In my last speech, I mentioned that I had no political experience. Over the past month or so, I have worked hard to understand and to manage of the County Executive Branch. So far, it has ran smoothly. I will explain more about my achievements in Section II.
My experiences in Firestone include:
- Former County Executive.
- Currently a Correctional Officer for DOC.
- Currently a SERT Specialist.
- Currently in SCSO as a Probationary Deputy.
- I am currently a Senior Game Moderator, an asset of the Game Moderation team. I have trained the new Game Moderators to become the awesome Game Moderators they are today.
- I was in the October - November class for FFA.
- I was a Junior Training Officer for the last class of FFA. I made ways to improve my teaching style, to ensure each of my Cadet’s had an understanding of the challenging curriculum being taught to them.
- I am EMT-P and FF certified. I have been through FFA and FSFA. I have knowledge of how the training works.
- I have been in SCFD since November 15th, 2018 with a few months breaks. I am now employed as a Firemedic. However, I was Senior Firemedic and a considered candidate for Paramedic in Charge a while back.
- Graduated POST Class 44.
- Previously employed as a Public Employee in the Department of Transport and Department of Public Works.

II. ACHIEVEMENTS
During my term as County Executive, I was able to:

- Have 10 people campaign for a position in County Council.
- Give the Councilmen chances at speaking up and voicing their opinion.
- Address the citizens of Firestone at the meeting centre.

If I was able to achieve so much in short limited time, imagine what I could do when I have more time to really sit down and go a bit further with my ideas.
I understand that I was not able to achieve my idea of implementing EMT-B into SWAT. This was going to be worked on but Commander GetEnveloped decided to scrap the idea when I asked him about it. In the future, if SCSO:SWAT would still like any type of medical certification - they could receive a tactical medical certification. I would love to work with the County Executive to implement this.

III. PLANS
If I had the chance to be County Council, I will be aiming towards:
- Increasing communication between the County Government and Municipal Governments to fully staff their teams and get them running.
- Increasing communication between the State Officials and the County Officials. (Hopefully the next Governor and LT Governor will help us out with this)
- Addressing and acting on the surveys from SCFD and SCSO.
- Keep in closer touch with the Sheriff and Fire Chief to communicate ideas, questions or concerns.
- Releasing more polls to SCFD, SCSO and the Citizens.

IV. COUNTY GOVERNMENT
During my term as County Executive, I was able to talk to the Councilmen about questions I have, how we should proceed and throughout the duties I carried out.
They were extremely supportive and helpful which have allowed me to gain knowledge about the job. I had trial and error before but I am much more confident in my duties from being around them and asking questions.
If I get this position - I would initially like to work alongside the Councilmen and County Executive to achieve my plans and achieve theirs. With the County Council, I would like Citizens opinion and voice being spoken so we can act on it. I want to convey ideas into words and actions that would improve SCSO and SCFD.

V. MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT
In the past and during my term, I noticed that the communication between the County Government and Municipal Government is quite poor. I would love to extend my arms to the Municipal Government and help where I can.
How will I do this?
I will also make sure that each Mayor hires an adequate amount of staff that will help them run stronger.
I will keep in touch with the City Mayors and Deputy Mayors to sort out their needs from the County Government and how we could help them.
This would also help out the County Executive because he has a lot on his plate.

VI. COUNTY DEPARTMENTS

Through talking to, hearing from and being in SCFD before, I know that the department has it’s rough patches. Particularly in it’s administration. However, I enjoy my conversations with the Administration and employees. Majority of them are trying their best and I hope to give them the best I can.
Let me be honest here. I honestly have no idea how to fix this. I will fix it if I get elected again, just it’s going to take me time and planning and communication with the team of staff and others in the County Government.
Overall, I believe SCFD is running at a satisfactory capacity right now. There aren’t major issues, just minor ones that can and will be addressed by the County Government.

Right now, I can see that SCSO is thriving under the leadership of Straphos and JamesDeeks. They are a pleasure to work with and SCSO has always been a friendly face.
There are minor issues that will be addressed by the County Government.

VII. CITIZENS VOICE
Each and every citizen in Firestone, has the OPPORTUNITY and RIGHT to voice their opinion whenever they want to the County Government. We highly encourage it because we care about your voice and having a say.
I want to be as transparent as I can to you, I am sorry that it hasn’t been that transparent in the past but now I have my head in the game and know what I am doing - I can assure you that I will update you more frequently.
Any citizen can DM me or anyone else in the County Government and get a response. I am sure that the future County Council will want this just as much as the past County Council, to hear you voicing what you think to us.
I also plan to release polls to the Citizens because what you have to say is just as important as the voice of SCSO and SCFD.
