It’s not infringing anyone’s right to vote. I can say “don’t vote for veryunconstitutional, he sucks” and I have the right to do so. Everyone else has the right to ignore me and vote for you anyway.
As you can see, encouraging other people not to vote for you is not infringing on any citizen’s right to vote. They can still vote in any way they choose. Just like real life, people campaign against the candidates they don’t like and they have a right to do so.

It would only be a violation of this right if confussled were to somehow prevent people from voting or actively force them into voting a certain way. If you really think it’s a violation of the constitution, get a lawyer and try to get a court case lol

Just gonna suggest you to chill good sir unconstitutional, after reading your comments more and more, it shows a lot of toxicity from you to us in general and this will affect you if you decide to run again. Just a warning so you can improve your personal conduct. Adding on, you can’t slander people when making a campaign because it makes you seem immature and definitely unfit.
