Vehicle GUI Glitch

I was in my DOT Tow Truck earlier today, and when I exited the vehicle I kept the gui, and when I got back in again, it duplicated. I have had this issue as well with the civilian F150-2 door. It sometimes makes it to where my car is stuck, and will not drive. I forgot to grab a console picture, but I will paste a picture of the bug down below.
