Not really, if DMV comes in V3, it could easily be handled by DOT and DMV.

Understandable, it may be easy to figure out which vehicle needs a boot. But, the challenge would be actually locating the vehicle and getting the boot on the wheel.

also to mention: irl the boots are added on vehicles that have multiple UNPAID citations. The boot stays on until those citations are paid off. Just tow the vehicle away if they keep parking there, cite them. this is unnecessary.
also if you’re booting a car for illegal parking, putting the boot on it just makes them illegally park it there even more, meaning the problem doesn’t get solved AT ALL

nope, you’re suggesting something that’s pointless. Tow the car away. Every DOT’s gonna have the capabilities to drive the tow truck. tow the vehicle away.

you’re wanting to put a boot on ANY vehicle if the registered owner has a lot of citations. Not how it works “realistically”, as you’re saying it is
this makes no sense as its not realistic at all, you’re wanting DOT to put boots on vehicles just for having a lot of cites, not unpaid cites which I’ll state again: just tow the vehicle away.

This would without a doubt be one of the absolute worst things they could add to v3 due to the simple amount of people who don’t give a Frick about court. Make it auto take money, courts have more important work.

Courts won’t handle traffic tickets as far as I’m aware.
“Paying” your ticket just means going to an administrative building and clicking a few buttons.
Although I would not be against being able to contest your ticket in a County or Municipal traffic court!
