V3 Motel

If V3 were to have an operational motel? Would you prefer it in game or a separate game you get TP’ed too? It would look like the motel placed in game currently or the new model in V3

In Game: You would keep your spot but fewer things would be available for the motel.
Out Of Game: You would lose your spot but have more scripts and options with staff etc.
