Just like car spawns having it in every city you should also be able to spawn a bike in RW & Prom, not just Arborfield.
Boats should also be spawned in the both Redwood and Hillview Beach, giving people the option to chose which spawn instead of forcing to go all the way to Greendale to spawn a boat.
