The Problem:
Since AI were added, SCFD rigs no longer collide which is a problem for Rescue 1 and Tower 23 since they need clipping to function.
Expected Result:
People can climb on top of Rescue 1 and Tower 23.
Reproduction Steps:
Go on SCFD team, spawn both Rescue 1 and Tower 23 and try using the ladders or standing on top of the rigs.
pretty sure there’s another rig too, forgot though and can’t confirm
It’s all the rigs but we don’t need to stand on E11 or E35, just T23 and R1
Just found out that the controls for T23 don’t work also. Unable to put down the stabilisers and move the ladder.

All the rigs now have collisions and the scene light on R1 and ladder controls on T23 now work. Not sure if it’ll be a problem when and if AI gets readded.
