[V2] Remove plow and salt spreader from Dump Truck for more RP use

Hello Folks,
As spring time has started, the need for the plow truck is no longer needed. With that, I think if the developers were to remove the plow, the salt spreader and any other snow removal associated items that the truck could then be used as a regular dump truck. This would give DPW as well as DOT the ability to use it during RP’s to remove waste from scenes, carry materials to scenes and many other uses.

Also
The rear directional lights on the truck do not work and some flashing lights added to the rear of the dump truck would be a plus.

I think the reason for keeping it on is mostly cause of convenience cause if they remove it they have to remake it and readd it next year. So it’d be easier to just leave it on. I am not a developer though so

They can just add a new truck in addition to the snow one without the stuff on it.
