The Problem:
When an inmate gets a spoon, the spoon is not confiscated when the inmate is searched. “When an LEO searches a suspect and gets a prison key and spoon, they will automatically be confiscated.” (Stapleton County v2 Update Logs - #58 by GetEnveloped)
Expected Result:
Spoons should be confiscated upon searching.

Cuff and search an inmate with a spoon, then check their inventory.
