[V2] Heading indicators for ATC and Rotorcraft

Currently, V2 doesn’t have a way to be able to see the current heading of rotorcraft, neither from the ATC map or the gui in helicopters.

It would be nice to see a feature added to both the Helicopters and the ATC Map to see headings, this allows for ATC to be able to properly vector aircraft in fog etc, shouldn’t be too hard to add, and gives DOA a well deserved update.

Doesn’t sound hard, you just need to map the rotation of the “engine” in the helicopter to the rotation of a GUI element
