The Problem:
When I try to give RP points to people whilst I’m on SCFD and they’re on civilian or if they try to give me them, I get an error.
Expected Result:
The civilian is to receive an RP point or I am to receive one from them.
Reproduction Steps:
Join V2, press on the RP points UI and attempt to give someone points.

They disabled it until they find a fix for favoritism problem w/ it.
Env’s announcement didn’t sound like it was disabled, it just stated that the development of it was delayed so I didn’t realise it was disabled
I feel like you should only be given 3 points to give out every 24 hours, and in between every point you give, there’s an hour wait time.
Might be a logic mistake, I’ll take a look into it shortly.
