Section 1: This document shall be known as “Updating Clause IX in Article I of the Constitution” and shall take effect immediately upon a supermajority passage in both chambers of the legislature pursuant to Article I § VI of the Constitution.
Section 2: This document shall be recognized as an amendment to the Constitution.
Section 3: §IX of the Constitution shall be amended to state:
