IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Trespassing Offense Reorganization Act
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here assembled,
SECTION I: TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may also be cited as the “TORA”.
SECTION II: DEFINITIONS
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as here.
(b) Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as here.
SECTION III: AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a variable criminal offense class, with each offense class and its respective sentencing range being outlined within Sections 3b and 3c of this Act.
(b) Subsection c9 currently does not exist, but shall be created to state:
“(c9) Trespassing on high-security government properties, including secure installations as described in subsections (b1), (b1a), (b2), (b3), (b4), (b6), (b6a), (b19), and (b20), shall be classified as a Class C Felony, and shall carry a sentence of 500 seconds within a correctional facility.”
(c) Subsection c10 currently does not exist, but shall be created to state:
“(c10) Trespassing on all other properties not listed within subsection c9 shall be classified as a Class A Misdemeanor, and shall carry a sentence of 300 seconds within a correctional facility.”
SECTION IV: SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This bill shall be entered into effect as an Act of Congress immediately after completing the constitutionally required process.
