this building is absolutely useless, no business will ever locate here because its an UNAPPEALING place…
the building should be removed completely as it sat empty from as far as 2019 (and even beyond) and should be replaced with hills/trees/etc

partial agree but emdy coffee and a few other active businesses are a block or two away and thriving despite being in similarly isolated locations
