Honestly I can disagree with some of his points and disagree on some.
I agree about how Discord should be used as a proof or any third-party that is used in actual Firestone as a way of communication. as it debunks a lot of shit and also it’s kinda unfair how FBI and other division may use it as proof but court cases cant…
Although I disagree that he thinks a oath is a sign of user can be used for proof. He did not actually provide evidence in his report which was a correct action but yeah.

This is exactly why I resigned from DPS. They’re going to essentially give themselves a nice slap on the ass. He’s not defined as a Trooper, therefore, you can’t take him to the Supreme Court for “Violation of BOR.I.” If you want him to be accountable actually catch him doing something illegal.
