I voted the wrong way because this thread is worded so poorly. The way I read it was that the Department of Public Safety was legitimately convicting LEOs. But as it turns out; they’re just doing their job and presenting the conclusions.

let DPS give punishments, let the courts overturn DPS rulings if the employee can prove they’re big dumb idiots or something idk
im not a legal professional but i thought this is how its always worked and thought it was working well this way
