Thoughts of someone possibly being expelled the first week of congress?

This has been made as the bill the rep made about “gun rights” and how badly formatted he made it as.

He also said he got a POST Cert three years ago (fs didn’t hit the three year mark yet)

What are your thoughts on this explusion, do you agree with it?

Been told he resigned, he said he was “expelled” and that we don’t get our “bonus” In New York Department of State because he was “righting” something about gun rights

NYC is working with FDOS when meep is confirmed just so you know

Well, clearly he lied about his positions, and didn’t know what he was doing. But aside from that I don’t think he’s prepared to be in Congress at the moment.

Wasn’t an amendment passed that BAR’ed you from office for 8 weeks if you resigned during an impeachment/expulsion?
