Congress simply lacks leadership. It does not help that those that sign up to do the job are not conducting themselves properly. However, that does not mean that those inside the chamber cannot step up and do a better job of establishing right from wrong. A lot of work to be done to fix the PR of the chambers.

Very correct, a lot of the weight falls on the presiding officers. There is, or should be, a strike system in place that no one uses…maybe a PO may view this and utilize it perhaps?
