THE TRESPASSING MODERNIZATION ACT (TMA)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. TITLE

  1. This act shall be known as " The Trespassing Modernization Act (TMA)” and may be cited as such.

§2. DEFINITIONS

  1. The Firestone Criminal Code (FCC) shall refer to here.
  2. FCC 3 §8 - Trespassing shall refer to here.

§3. PURPOSE

  1. This bill aims to update the FCC section for trespassing, including the Arborfield Government Gas Station while updating nonfunctional map hyperlinks, standardizing screenshot hosting, and outdated location references for other restricted areas included in the aforementioned trespassing section.

§4. ARBORFIELD MODERNIZATIONS

  1. FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B13) shall be created and state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in [this](https://imgur.com/a/sMj3x84) screenshot without proper clearance from authorized departmental personnel.”

§5. REDWOOD MODERNIZATIONS

  1. FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B10) currently states, “Entering into the areas marked in red in [this](Screenshot - 9e8b2a7f55ea0f5b429bc49bf9da6623 - Gyazo) screenshot without proper clearance from authorized departmental personnel.

  2. FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B10) shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in [this](https://imgur.com/a/fZptSAI) screenshot without proper clearance from authorized departmental personnel.

§6. DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE MODERNIZATIONS

  1. FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B11) currently states, “Entering into the areas marked in red in [this](Screenshot - fbb070869dfe44ff37b7b5cd3078e663 - Gyazo) screenshot without proper clearance from authorized departmental personnel.”

  2. FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B11) shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in [this](https://imgur.com/a/zEb6Lne) screenshot without proper clearance from authorized departmental personnel.”

§7. ENFORCEMENT

  1. This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.

§8. SEVERABILITY

  1. Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the act will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
