The Capitol Bunker Act

THE CAPITOL BUNKER ACT

PREAMBLE: To allow the citizens of the State of Firestone to be able to have full access to the front side of the state capitol without the need of clearance from DHS, unless when the state capitol is under lockdown.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6 shall be amended in the Firestone Criminal Code and state, “(b6) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security."

SECTION 1.1: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6a shall be created.

SECTION 1.2: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6a shall state, "(b6a) Entering into the areas marked in yellow in this 6 screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security when the capitol is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.

SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b10 shall be nullified.

SECTION 2.1: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection (b10) shall now state, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”

SECTION 2.2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection (b11) shall now state, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Health.”

SECTION 2.3: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection (b12) shall now state, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation.”

SECTION 2.4: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection (b13) shall now state, " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of State."

SECTION 3: Section 3 of A Bill to Protect the Department of Transportation and the Medical Center shall be amended to, “All on-duty members of Law Enforcement Agencies, the Firestone Department of Transportation, and all on-duty members of the Firestone Department of Public Works shall be exempt from Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code.”

SECTION 3.1: Section 4 of A Bill to Protect the Department of Transportation and the Medical Center shall be amended to, “All on-duty members of Law Enforcement Agencies, the Stapleton County Fire Department, and all on-duty members of the Firestone Department of Health shall be exempt from Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b11 of the Firestone Criminal Code.”

SECTION 4: This shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional process.
