A Bill to Protect the Department of Transportation and the Medical Center

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b11 shall be created in the Firestone Criminal Code and state, “(b11) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation."

SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b12 shall be created in the Firestone Criminal Code and state, “(b12) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Health."

SECTION 3: All on-duty members of Law Enforcement Agencies, all on-duty members of the Firestone National Guard, all on-duty members of the Firestone Department of Transportation, and all on-duty members of the Firestone Department of Public Works shall be exempt from Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b11 of the Firestone Criminal Code.

SECTION 4: All on-duty members of Law Enforcement Agencies, all on-duty members of the Firestone National Guard, all on-duty members of the Stapleton County Fire Department, and all on-duty members of the Firestone Department of Health shall be exempt from Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b12 of the Firestone Criminal Code.

SECTION 5: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies.

SECTION 6: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after following the Constitutional procedure Required.
