Teaching Institutions No-Permit Act

To permit teaching institutions to have contractual tuition fees without a permit from the Department of Commerce.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title
(a) This Act shall be known, and may be cited as, “Teaching Institutions No-Permit Act” or “TINPA”.

§2. Enactment
(a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions
(a) The Commerce Act of 2022 shall be defined as this.

§6. Repealments
(a) This Act makes no repealments.

§7. Amendments
(a) Section 18 of the Commerce Act of 2022 does not exist, but shall be created, and amended to be titled “§18. Exemptions”.

(b) Subsection “(a)” of Section 18 of the Commerce Act of 2022 currently does not exist and states nothing, but shall be created and amended to state: “No contractual tuition fees from schools or teaching institutions shall be considered selling goods and services under § 16 and § 17 of this Act.
