I believe that officers should be able to place suspects in cuffs to sit, etc… This will allow officers to deal with other suspects while one is in cuffs, already. Now before you say They could get away, in a car etc Not if the devs make it so the suspect can be placed, on the floor, in which it could be a task to get up.

Same here. Maybe officers should have a limit on how many cuffs they can use at once.
