Supreme Court Opinion Slip Regarding the Barn and Farm Area

Supreme Court Opinion Slip Regarding the Barn and Farm Area

On the eve of February 24th, 2018, the Supreme Court of Firestone held a hearing regarding this case. The plaintiff was arguing that his client was detained, searched, and despite not actually being in possession of a weapon, was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit a Crime due to a known illegal arms dealer being in the area. The main justification being that the barn and farm area isn’t public property. The honorable justices reviewed this, as well as the Public Property Act and Article V of the State Constitution. With all of this, the court has ruled unanimously that the barn and farm area, having no specific owner nor law defining it as restricted, is public property. Therefore, it is open to all citizens of Firestone. After this, it was recommended to Sir_Mr that he file a case for False Arrest regarding the incident, as the officer in question had no real grounds for escalating the situation to an arrest.
