This act aims to secure our congressional elections and maintain integrity within our government.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “Super Duper Ethical Election Security Act

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

(a) The Elections Act shall be referred to as the following: The Elections Act

§6. Changes

(a) Section V(i) of The Elections Act currently states, “To “support” a candidate is to voice support for them in a reply to their published speech. An individual may support any number of candidates, but if an individual supports the same candidate multiple times only one shall be counted.”

(b) Section V(i) of The Elections Act shall be amended to state, “To “support” a candidate is to voice support for them in a reply to their published speech on the Firestone forums. A candidate posting a screenshot from another third-party platform other than the Firestone forums shall not be considered a valid signature/support. An individual may support any number of candidates, but if an individual supports the same candidate multiple times only one shall be counted.”
