Suggestions for DOT/DPW (maybe in v3)

So yeah pretty self explanatory

DOT:

  • Railroad Management (Fed has already created a group so it may happen in v3)
  • Voluntary driving courses for people
  • Coordination between different departments (more of the joint departmental trainings that are going on)
  • Upkeep of road markings, signage, and signals (make signals break or something and road markings fade maybe?)
  • Additional driver’s licenses for 18 wheelers in v3 or other vehicles
  • Taxi certifications
  • More cooperation between DOBW and DOA like irl
  • Buses!
  • More traffic control situations
  • What about trams or subways? Okay I guess that’s too far
  • Regulating roads, I don’t think adding DMVs is a good idea but some type of legal oversight authority would be nice

DPW:

  • Continued support for garbage and possibly manual disposal in v3
  • Other sanitation things (maybe sewers in v3?)
  • Management of parks and recreations (not a new department please)
  • Streetlights fixing (pretty sure DPW is responsible for this irl)
  • Cleaning of crime scenes (maybe add shell casings in v3, but would probably lag and be annoying)

rename yourselves in dpw as Janitors And DOT as the brooms that people use so there ganna be called Street sweepers
