Establish a new division within the Department of Homeland Security, The FS Marshal Service. They would just in real life manage protection of the Federal Judiciary, Manage and sell seized asset, Transport fugitives and Hunt down fugitives evading. Why should we add this you may ask? Their duties may fall into other departments but I centralized unit dedicated to this would help with Prisoners and Fugitives and allow other departments focus on enforcing the law.
