Make Departments Easier to get into, I feel some are really unnecessarily hard, I understand you are trying to uphold professionalism but I feel some departments take it too seriously

Work to bring back appeals court so citizens have another system to go through before being sent to SC.

Provide reconciliation for the appeals court system by using influence towards changing the broken judicial system.

Correct your administration by fixing the advisement system, which starts with giving more influence to your Chief of Staff. Your Chief of Staff should be conducting many of the government’s operations within the background, and keeping the system in order. Fit the system’s uniform to your liking, and go from there.
