WHEREAS, there have been a significant number of violent incidents and criminal activities within the State of Firestone, including but not limited to organized threats by Clark County, which have created an imminent and substantial risk to public safety and the security of our citizens;
WHEREAS, these threats have reached a level that is beyond the current capacity of local law enforcement agencies to address effectively without additional resources and support;
WHEREAS, the safety of all citizen, officials, and law enforcement officers within the State of Firestone must be prioritized, and immediate action is required to mitigate further violence and prevent further escalation of the situation;
WHEREAS, in light of the current threat level and ongoing violent incidents, the State Terrorism Advisory System has been raised to High, indicating a significant and elevated threat of terrorist activity and violence within the state.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Governor kyhuls, do hereby declare a State of Emergency in the State of Firestone, effective immediately, and issue the following orders:

Immediate Mobilization of State Resources:
The Firestone National Guard and all available law enforcement agencies are authorized to mobilize and deploy to ensure public safety, support local law enforcement, and respond to violent threats throughout the state, with particular focus in the District of Prominence. -
Coordination with County & Municipal Authorities:
County and municipal departments are deployed state wide to assist state resources in popular areas. -
Civilian Measures:
I direct the Secretary of Commerce to open emergency shelters for civilians in need. Additionally, I urge all residents to remain vigilant, report suspicious activity, and adhere to public safety advisories issued by local authorities. -
State of Emergency Duration:
This declaration of emergency will remain in effect until rescinded. Any extension of this state of emergency will be determined based on the continuing assessment of threats.
